And Dustin, I thought you as such a cute and intelligent child even at the age of 2. I named one of my son's Dustin as you were such a pleasure to be around. The things that popped out your your mouth OMG.
Your Dad knew me as Anna Graham, Mr. G's gf,

Dustin is my best friend.. I'm actually going and fishing through the internet to find him some encouraging loving words. Your comment made me cry.. thank you for your respect and memories and love 💜

Since when do we call children with Down syndrome retarted?!? Whoever started this had really good intentions, but to call Ryan retarted crosses a line!!! Shame on u!!!!
Anonymous (March 2, 2024), you must be really young. In the not so distant past, it was common to refer to someone with Down Syndrome as "retarded."
There was a TV show entitled "Life Goes On" which aired at the same time as the original "Saved By The Bell" series. The main character on that show was named "Corky," but he was often referred to by other characters on the show as "retard" or "retarded." There was a famous review of "Life Goes On" from the late 19802/early 1990s where Corky was referred to as "retard" in a review printed in a famous newspaper - I think it was something like New York Times or Washington Post.
